I just bought the video and I am studying this system for next season. I haven't gotten through the who video yet but I wondered if this is a system where you sub at certain intervals like every two minutes sub in 3-5 new players? Thanks |

No it is not that type of system. There are players who play most of the game, and some in about four or five minute time slots. It always seems my point guard plays more minutes and my 4 and 5 play between four and six minutes before subbing.. If a group on the floor is on a run, thenwe will let them go as long as we can. Those systems you asked about are about only one thing as that is pace of game. We want to play fast, but not at all costs. We typically will play 9-11 players significant minutes. Coach Haske |
