Everything seems to work fine until I try to export the file. I never receive the data document in my email.

I generate the report, hit export, choose the file type, the email pops up, I hit send, it sounds like it sends, but I never receive my email.

I have two months worth of data I am trying to retrieve. Can anyone help? I love the app, but need the data exported.

The email account that Apple provides on your iPad must be set up because our app uses that email account to send the reports to you. So, you need to make sure it is set up and functioning correctly. Note that if you use a browser for your email, like with Gmail, you still have to set up the email account that is provided with your iPad. Of course, also make sure that the “To” email address is correct.

To set up the Mail account:
Find the Settings icon on your iPad and tap it.
Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
On the right, select Add Account.
Follow the instructions to set up the email account that you normally use.
