Hello,
I purchased Don Kelbick's ebook on motion offense and have 2 quick questions:
1) You stated in one of your comments to a reader on your site that you have a motion offense that takes you 20 min to implement and that reading this ebook will be an important precursor to that offense...can you please lmk more about that as we have very little practice time.
2) I coach 14-15 year olds with the occasional 13 year old but rarely have "ballers"...many of the kids come to me with very poor fundamentals. When looking at all your tips and practice suggestions, what would I consider this group? They are not youth per se but they lack many of the basics that a 12 or 13 year old average player in the US would have...so do I treat them as "11 year olds" or simply progress with them from "youth" skill development but ramp it up during the season and keep introducing new skills?

Thank you so much for an amazing resource
All the best from Dubai
Omar
