I need to get in shape by the season which is 5 months away i need to lose about 20 lbs and become pure muscle and i need to become fast agile and have great stamina.. Also how can i increase my jump.... im 5 9 and have a 2 foot arm span the 7 9 and the hoops are 9 5 how to i get my hops increased to dunk i have terrible white boy hops...
