I'm 13 years old and very athletic that I'm sometimes mistaken as a 16 year old. I can drive to the point almost anytime if I'm in the mood and still not that tired (according to other people) but that's not where it ends. Yes, I can slash to the paint but I sometimes miss. I saw other people that can slash but gets their shot in. How can I improve this? Please...

Can you guys also suggest some legit conditioning drills? You can have all the skills but w/out conditioning you are done. I jog but I believe it's not enough. Thank youuuuuuuuu. :)

For finishing on the drive, pick a couple finishing moves. And practice them relentlessly.

For conditioning, try interval sprints. The is similar to what you do in a game and a good way to get in really good shape.

Does that mean my moves are "fixed"? Sometimes you have to shoot differently in order to bait the defender into a foul or to avoid getting blocked. My moves is dependent to the situation. Am I doing it right?
