Hey guys,

So its August and I play football as well as basketball. Practice has just started. I like basketball much much more it is my "main sport" but I didn't want to give up football for my senior season. That being said after football practices I don't know if I'll have the time or energy for full out workouts. Certainly I will do those on weekends but when I am busy with football practice what are the best ways to maintain all of my skills as well as the new ones I developed this summer. Thanks a lot!
