I've recently found out that I have Osgood-Schlatter's Disease in both of my knees, and I've been told not to run or jump until my doctor knows how severe it is. I still want to practice basketball, but I don't know what to practice besides free throws.

Nathan,

I take it you are pretty young... right now I would follow the advice of your doctor.... maybe you could go to a sports doctor where they specialize in sports injuries.

This is one that is around our area... one of my X players is a manager for one area.... taKe a look at the information and that might give you an idea as to where you can look in your area.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
