Hi, i am only 173-5 cm tall only, any simple practice for me that can increase my jumping height? thx

You should talk to a physical trainer or exercise physiologist. I don't know many basketball coaches that are qualified to answer this.

try Jacob Hiller at www.jumpmanual.com. He is the best thing you can get for increasing your vertical. He has a program called the jump manual

You can find them at any college that has an athletic program that has a strength and conditioning coach or has a Phys Ed. major.

Are you near any colleges or rehabilitation clinics? The science is the same, regardless of where you are. You may not find an exerise physiologist in that particular place but they should be able to tell you where to find one.

Justin,

You could do a web search for Plyometric Training. Plyometric training for basketball is very beneficial for quickness and explosive
jumping, it may help with your vertical take-off.
