| Post subject: | rebounding skills |
hello I'm new to a SF, PF positions I'm usually a G what are the drills that i can make a habit of boxing out and rebounding I can box out but not quick enough to react to get a rebound my teammates said i play soft as a post also i make shots too hard on the board thanks! |
