I just wanted to ask if I should workout shooting in the morning (full 2 hours of just shooting and scoring moves) and finishing in the afternoon (layups, floaters, runners, ballhandling, etc.).
OR
Should I do a full workout of ballhandling, shooting, and finishing for 2 hours in the morning and afternoon.
