I have several question about improving my shooting.

Q1 : Which is better for regular training? 100\'s of free throws or jump shots?

Q2 : Is lifting weights effective to increase shooting range?

Q3 : How do I do a step back jump shot? & what training is needed?

Q1 : Preferably both, but you will probably take more jump-shots than free throws in a game, so that's where your focus should be.

Q2 : It doesn't hurt, but I haven't seen anything that works especially well for range.

Q3 : Watch youtube videos of Paul Pierce (or, he's on TNT right now against NY), and then practice them
