Kendrick,

You asked if the One Motion shooting form was required. The answer is no...it's your shot and you determine how it's done.

Also, there is no age requirement for using One Motion. If you can use it successfully at a young age, then it makes sense to keep doing it as you get older and stronger.

One Motion will work provided you give it time and work at developing the correct rhythm. There are no short cuts to becoming a good shooter. Jeff Haefner has given you some very good resources that will help in deciding how you eventually want to shoot.
