I have a problem with shooting. When shooting should you jump going up and land almost on the same spot or land slightly infront .When I shoot I land about 25 inches from where I started from. You also say I should shoot tall meaning my back must be straight. How should I keep my back straight cause I was taught to keep my shoulders and my head slightly infront of my feet meaning my back will be bent for balance.

I teach to land 6 to 12 inches in front of where you jumped.

It's okay to have the feet go in front of your body a little bit.
