What is needed by a 14-year-old player, besides being fundamental? |

-Being self motivated (having the fire to practice when no one is around) -First one at practice, last one to leave -Hustle (going for every loose ball, sprinting down the court, hustling on and off the court) -Willing to ask for help when needed (from other players and coaches) -Positive attitude (even when things aren't looking good on the court or after a tough game) -Teachable and always learning (looking for ways to improve as a person on and off the court) -Teamwork and leadership (being that player that gives props and encourages other players) -Being known as the best defensive player on your team (trust me, high school coaches love good defense) |
