I am coaching a 6th grade team with many first year players. There are 15 players on the team and oftentimes I am the only coach at practice. I am looking for some advice on designing a practice with this many players that will allow me to give as much feedback as possible to the players.

Thanks

Bryan

You are going to have to get some help. All of these kids have parents, don't they? Stations will allow you to split the kids up and get the most out of the practices. I would think another parent or preferably two would be ideal. With first year players, development is something that will have to be closely watched.

Good luck.
