Hi there,
I coach a junior basketball team here in Melbourne, Australia and i love a lot of the useful information available on your website. I often refer to it when planning training and have purchased a fee of your online programs.

I also have a daughter who plays at a high level in U16s as a G and PG. As a coach i see she has a lot of skill, however she sometimes gets overlooked and in talking with her coaches they have said its not because she is not good, but because she is inconsistent from game to game. This has got me into thinking as a coach how do you develop consistency in a player. Im not sure its repetition because in my daughters case she trains and plays 7 days. As a coach i have the same issue with some of my players and I would live to hear your input to this question.
Thanks in advance
Nick

What part of her game is inconsistent...

Shooting? Effort? Defense? Turnovers? Everything?
