There are some ciritical aspects to have. 1.) Goals of what you want them to accomplish...student based goals. 2.) A cirriculum that will achieve your goals. 3.) A block schedule of when you are going to accomlish each subject or skill 4.) A detailed schedule of exactly how and waht you are going to use to teach the subjects.
