How to create basketball and make them hard so the game easy.

We always tried to make our drills / scrimmages etc. harder than the game....

Look at the drill you are trying to run and then do something to give the other team / person an advantage.... we played some 5 on 6 (sometimes 7) for our Open Post offense. 3 on 3 no dribble up t o 5 on 5 no dribble. 5 on 5, game to six and everyone has to score. If it is a timed situation, lessen the time allowed after you find out the amount of time it takes them to be successful. With this.... don't make it so tough that they cant accomplish it.

Look at the BASKETBALL DRILL SECTION on the left side of this page.... and then use a little imagination to make things harder.
