Just interested.... I know that being a good player doesn't necessarily mean that you will be a good coach.

I played for a small college that is similar to a ncaa d3 level. Then I coached middle school girls, then this year I am an assistant coach at my old college.

I only played 8th grade ball.... I was 4'11 when I went into high school and I didn't have much of a chance, didn't grow until my junior year. So, I guess you are right, it doesn't matter what level YOU played at. The only thing that makes a difference is how badly you want to coach and at what level. Then, its all up to you... are you willing to pay the price.

Coach Sar, you are right. There is a few nba coaches didn't play high school basketball either. It just depends how much you want it i guess!
