Purchased your match-up zone DVD and first off, it's a great learning tool not only for a match-up zone but or man to man fundamentals.

My question is dealing with the match-up zone and more specific the high post. If a team runs a 2 guard front with a high post and baseline runner, how do you defend it? Thanks!

All things are personnel based so it depends on the ability of the players, but my first instinct is to match up to the runner man to man.
