Hey guys,\r\n\r\nJust wondering if you guys were in the same town as UNI (Northern Iowa). My nephew played there last season (Craig James) and plays for the Barnstormers in the Arena League now. I\'m a speed specialist here in Florida, Arizona and Tennessee with 85 NFL players. I downloaded your info for my girlfriend who\'s a basketball coach at the middle school level. She asked me if i could find a way that her girls could break a press and were there any drills i could come up with to teach her girls how to pass in traffic. Any suggestions might help. We actually don't live in Cedar Falls, but we both graduated from Northern Iowa. Great school! I live in Kansas City and my brother Jeff lives in Cedar Rapids which is about 60 minutes from Cedar Falls.
