I started reviewing some of the drills. Is there a drill that teaches an offensive spin move? When using a spin move, I'm wondering is it ok if a player keeps his/her elbows out when coming out of the spin move to help create some space once the defender is now behind him? (so the back of the offensive player arm/elbow is now touching the back of the defender as soon as the spin move is completed?) |
