I am using 4 out 1 in Dribble drive offense and it is working OK. I am taking it slow with them, MS Girls, I am not letting them back cut yet to keep the spacing. But the time has come to open up the offense.

What is the best way to simplify and introduce new steps to this offense slowly?

Here are a couple articles about the dribble drive motion offense:

I have not run the dribble drive myself, but I know a lot of our subscribers do. We've had a number of conversations about the offense.

When it comes down to it, the dribble drive is simply a motion offense with certain types of rules that keep the offense spread out and emphasizes dribble penetration. I would implement and introduce the steps just like any other motion offense. Our philosophy on how to do that is very simple but requires a fairly lengthy explanation and examples of visual diagrams. We have detailed this process in our motion offense ebook:

If you already have the ebook, I suggest checking that out. Let us know if that helps. If not, you might want to order it. If it doesn't help you out, just request a refund.

Let us know your thoughts and keep us posted so we can help.
