Hey coaches, my name is Haris and I am 14 yrs old. I don't really understand the concept of getting the basketball into the hoop from a 3 pointer position...many people tell me thatthe way I am holding the ball is wrong!! i really need to be clarified on this issue..pertaining to getting good 3 pointer shots..if its possible i will like a video demonstrating the PROPER way to hold a basketball and which is probably the best cuz out there in youtube there so many different styles of shooting..i will really appreciate if someone would help on me this

Shooting from beyond the arc should be no different than inside the arc - unless you don't have the strength to do this.... and if you don't - stop shooting it now and work on the other parts of the game.... you can work on this after the season is over.
