I am an assistant coach for a 7th and 8th grade girls team and the skill level is vastly different one being on target the other being very low (not so good at dribbling or shooting or any basics) What is the best way to help them with out them feeling out of place (this is a rec. learning league) and still keep the others satisfied and not board?
Thank you,
Julia

Julia,

All players need to practice shooting, dribbling, passing, and footwork no matter what level. So if you stick with the fundamentals, all the players on the team should get better. Here's a thread that might better answer your question:

If not, let us know.
