I have bought your e-book on post development and I like it very much. I have a little problem to visualize the inside pivot and sweep counter. No problem with the inside pivot but when it comes to "sweep" I have a hard time to figure out what to do next. Example: inside pivot with left pivot. Once the pivot is made I step with my swing foot (which is the right) to go where and to shoot how?

Thank for your time and answer if it is possible.

Let's use a ball (real or imagined) as a training aid.

Face the basket (real or imagined) in shooting position. Now, sweep the
ball from your shooting position to the floor to a position in front of
your right foot. Stretch it out as far as you can and as low as you can.
You will find yourself in a position where you entire body, especially
your shoulders and hips are very low and headed toward the basket.

Next, make the same move with the ball, but at the same time, step with
your right foot toward the basket. Make it a long step. Remember, when you
sweep the ball, it is supposed to go to the floor in front of your right
foot. By taking a long step to the basket and putting the ball in front of
it, you should be really stretched out. That is the sweep move.

to combine it with your inside pivot, use your left foot as your pivot
foot and your right foot as your swing foot. Execute the inside pivot in a
manner that you finish, facing the basket, in shooting position. You are
now in the same position as above and can make your sweep move.

To get your shot, I teach this move with a dribble. The ball must be out
of your hand before you left foot (pivot foot) leaves the ground. Once the
ball is on the floor, you are low and long and should be able to separate
from your defender.

I hope this helps.
