Could you please provide me with (or lead me to a link) specifically for subbing tips and strategies that I can use for my 8-9 Year old junior team.

I have 8 in the team, 5 good players and 3 inexperienced.
We play 2 x 10 minutes halves.
I need to know how to sub the 8 players to get the best result.

Hope you can help me!! Thank you.

Coach,

Assuming all the players are behaving, listening and putting in some effort.... my recommendation is simple. Play them all equally and sub 3 new players after 2-4 minutes. They are so young... it's all about developing them and having fun at this age!

Here's a chart showing you how can sub them evenly:

Just assign each player a number and mix your guards and taller players... so you always have some rebounders and ballahnders in the game. Does that make sense?
