My name is John, I am coaching an AAU program in the northbay area, Solano county CA I have hit a wall with teaching class and dealing with bad officials. on one side you tell kids don't worry about it they did great. on the other side you really want to lay into that official for cheating your kids. I am getting to the point where I think the referees are just out for a paycheck and they know they won't be reprimanded. Im losing my team support because we have mixed groups that are telling me to stop fighting officials and others saying stand up for the kids... how do you deal with this situation? |
