Without a doubt, there is no place for anyone to display that kind of behavior much less a coach. Coaches are supposed to set an example and are a role model for young kids especially. He obviously has anger issues and he should not be in a position to coach especially young kids. He should be immediately removed and replaced with a more respectful coach otherwise these kids will continue to be traumatized which will ultimately compromise their future in anything that they want to do. If this behavior continues, i woudn't be suprised if some of the kids quit because of major discouragement. I would not confront him rather the best recommendation would be to address this concern to whomever is in charge and let them deal with him. If I were a parent to one of these kids, I would remove them from the team until the school finds a fun and respectful coach. Thank you!!!
