Quick Question - I coach in a youth rec league where the players (besides my kids) change each season.

We have about 3 weeks where we can practice 2x per week and when season starts 1-2x per week.

There is quite a bit of info. Does Joe or any other coaches have suggestions for what to focus on for a condensed time?
