I'm a first time coach of youth girls. I was watching a a documentary on the HBO channel, during the last game for the National Championship game, the opposing team scored on a backdoor cut that changed the momentum of the whole game. I was wondering if you were familiar with the play and if so could you show me. Thank You for your time.

This is a type of cut that you would use vs a defense that is over playing.... or the defender loses sight of her player..... not sure you will be in that position... but here are a few things I found on line...

We ran an Open Post offense and we loved the back door cut... nothing prettier in the game.... of course a good dunk is nice :-)

I think there are a lot of other things that you will need to teach these girls before you will be using this... so take some time... look at Bob Bigelow's DVD on Coaching Youth Sports and go from there.
The age of your players has a lot to do with what you are going to teach.
