I don't really run zone offense. We just play free form motion. If I feel out team needs structure, I'll put them in gaps and just let them play. Against 2-3 zone we usually go 3 out 2 in. The "2 in" work the middle near FT line and short corner. Against a 1-3-1 and 1-2-2, we run a 2-1-2 set. Or sometimes we just run 5 out motion. That works against about anything.

Use lots of pass fakes, move the ball around find gaps, cut, drive, and just play. That's what we do but what we do is not for everyone. Some coaches like structure (aka: continuity offense). There are probably some continuities out there that work against all types of zones well, but I cam not familiar with one.

I've had success with this offense in the past... along with teaching principles that Jeff mentioned above.
