| Post subject: | Ball handling drills/exercises for absolute beginners? |
I have no ball handling skills whatsoever. Basically the only thing I know how to do is dribble the ball and shoot (and pass.) what are some ball handling drill I could do that wouldn't be too hard to for me to do? Any help is greatly appreciated |
