For that age, you want to keep things fast paced and fun. Little to no standing in lines and minimize time you spend talking. Here are some good ideas for you to keep in mind:

Beyond that I like alternating basic skill drills with fun drills. So I might spend 3-4 minutes of basic dribbling (stationary or through cones) and then spend 3-6 minutes playing dribble tag.

Then I might do some defensive drills and then play 1v1 advancement so now we're practicing dribbling and on-ball defense technique at the same time.

Mixing in the game based drills really helps keep it fun, keep players engaged and also accelerate development.
