OK, I do not think there is an answer or drills for this but maybe. I am looking for drill to help kids be aggressive or to bring out there inner aggressor on the basketball court

Other than maybe block practice drills like stationary dribbling, free throw shooting, etc.... all competitive drills work for this. It's all about what you emphasize. Rebounding drills, defense drills, scrimmage, transition offense, etc... you can emphasize aggressiveness in all those drills. Talk about it at every opportunity, praise it, and so on.

This is a pretty good thread on aggression. It covers some ideas on drills. One thing out of the gate is make your practices more competitive with consequences for the losers.
