OK, I Have 1 hour 30 minutes a week to teach 8 to 10 year boys. This boys have been playing for 1-2 years. I am wondering what can I teach. What would be a good base practice, I feel like I need more time but that is not possible.

Spend 80% of time teaching fundamental skills... dribbling, passing, pivoting, lay ups, basic shoot technique, defense.

Teach man to man defense and a very basic motion offense where kids spread out and move around (mostly cutting).

Here are some suggestions on what to teach and some practice plans at the bottom:

Small sided games are recommended too for development and fun. 1v1 full court, 2v1, 2v2, 3v1, 3v2, 3v3. Keep away passing and lots of stuff you can do to develop skill, decision making, and keep it fun for them.

I'd try a 5 out motion offense too if you can.
