I was wondering if you teach 10 toes to the rim or feet turned on the shot? I have read extensively on this and wanted your opinion. I notice my daughter does tend to chicken wing sometimes and I think it may be because I have always taught her feet at the basket. Also it seems to make sens that you would get more range and arc if the feet are turned from what I have read. I'd just like to hear any thoughts you have. Thanks

Personally I teach a slight staggered open stance, feet about hip width apart... just something comfortable. But my number one thing, whether it's 10 toes to the rim, turned, or something else.... I want your feet to be the same every time you shoot. Same foot position. Then rep it out. So I won't necessarily change a player shot to shoot it my way. Looking for balance, good release, sufficient arc, and repeatable shot.
