I have a question about when can players that are standing outside the three point line during a free throw move inside the three point line a) when the ball leaves the free throw shooters hands or b) when ball hits the rim? |

Check your state or league rules. In most cases it's when the ball touches the rim. But check your local rules to be sure. |
