At this age I would not worry too much about putting them where they’ll belong. It's impossible to predict we're they'll be in the future because so many things change. Some kids grow and others don't. Big and little kids move in and out of town. Coaches change and so on. You just need to teach the basic fundamentals which apply to all positions. Building a bunch of well rounded players is the way to go at this age level.
