How Would You Like an NBA Development Coach to Come to Your Basketball Camp?
When Don Kelbick isn't working with NBA players, he works with high school and college coaches around the country...
When available, he is able to help high school and college coaches put on skill development basketball camps. He's been doing this for years and loves it. Don loves staying busy and teaching the game of basketball.
As you probably know, he does many things for BreakthroughBasketball.com, such as recording interviews, writing articles, giving advice, and answering questions. You have read and listened to many of the things he has contributed.
Because of his association with BreakthroughBasketball.com, Don is making his service available to our readers!!
He works with coaches to fit their needs. He will individually tailor a camp for you and your program. The programs are very flexible as are the costs. He will work with you to make sure the program is effective and affordable.
Just to give you an idea of his credentials, Don has 27 years coaching experience, most of which at the Division I college level. But for the past several years he has been doing individual development for NBA players and occasional team camps with the rest of his time. Don has some pretty impressive clients including Bruce Bowen, Rasual Butler, Carlos Arroyo Raja Bell, and so on. You can check out his programs at www.DonKelbickBasketball.com

Get your players attention!!!
Someone like Don can get the attention of young basketball players like almost no one else! Just the fact that he works with NBA players gets kids attention right away. He has some pretty interesting stories and has a knack for getting players attention.
Here's how it works:
It is your camp. You can charge what you wish. The coach is responsible for getting a gym, players, collecting money, etc. Then Don shows up and will do whatever is needed. Don will do ALL the teaching. He will work individually with your players and coaches. You can use the skill development work as part of your camp or as the entire camp.
- Don only does skill development and it's intense! He tries to get the kids lots of repetitions and teach them what it takes to become great. He does not conduct games as part of his clinic.
- Age group from 13 and up. Don is way too intense for younger kids. This is for players that truly want to get better. If they want to have fun, they can go play a pick up game somewhere. They'll learn a lot fast and get drilled hard. He can work with girls or boys.
This is not a "guest lecture" appearance. Don comes to work and will be available for the entire time you want him to work.
Costs:
- All his travel expenses must be paid. He lives in Miami so flights are the biggest expense. He's very reasonable about accommodations and just wants to work with players.
- It's your camp - charge what you wish. The compensation varies depending on the number of players, details of the camp, and the coach's goals. He wants you to be able to make some money for yourself or your program and then Don will get some compensation for his time. Usually he gets either a daily rate or a percentage of the tuition.
When can Don work with your players?
- During the spring -- when you can't you work with them. (Note: It depends on the laws in your particular state.)
- During the summer
- In the fall
- A 1 day camp
- A 2 day camp
- A 3 day camp
- As part of a 4 - 5 day traditional camp
- Weekend Camp (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- After School
- Mornings only
- Afternoons only
In other words, it's flexible. He can work with your schedule.
Types of camps he can help you with include:
- Traditional Camp
- Position Camp
- Post Camp
- Perimeter Camp
- Guard Camp
- Shooting Camp
Keep in mind that his availability is limited and we have to go first come first served. We at Breakthroughbasketball.com are happy that he is willing to give up his personal time to help our readers. We hope you take advantage of the offer.
