Two Ball Ladder Drills
Ages: Middle School High School+
Purpose of the Drill:
The purpose of this series of drills is to work on developing ball handling, passing, shooting, and finishing all while incorporating agility into the drill.
Instructions

- The player will start out with two basketballs and dribble both while running through the ladder.
- At the end of the ladder, the player will through a one handed pass the the coach with their right hand while continuing to dribble with their left.
- They will then push the ball out and finish at the rim.
- Then run a curl cut around the chair for a jump shot.
Points of Emphasis:
- Keep your hand on top of the basketball when making the one handed pass to the coach.
- Explode and push the ball out on the dribble to finish at the rim.
