How should I practice my dribbling. I got around 10 different ways. Example:- If I am doing figure eight's should I do 2 sets and do it as fast and as long as i can, and once my form changes I stop?

It doesn't matter. As long as it challenges you and you feel you are improving, do it. If not, work out a different plan.

No plan will be as good as the one that you come up with that challenges you.

i have probably the best dribbling on my team and know a lot of moves against the defender to get past him, but in practice when we have one on one I never know what to do, and barely get past the defender. What is wrong with that?
