What's up y'all

I have been playing bball my whole life, but ever since high school and college I am not consistent with my backspin.

Any tips and drills to practice fluent and smooth shooting backspin?

Thanks

Playin' your whole life? How old are you?

Spin of the ball is directly related to your follow through. If you have an inconsistent spin, that means you are changing your follow through.

Your thumb should go inside and down and you should feel the ball roll of your index and middle fingers.

If you learn what that feels like, your spin will be more consistent.

Except for 5 years of my life, I'm 21.

Yeah my follow through is inconsistent. At times when I'll glance at the ball while in fight i can read the spalding sign and it might rotate 1-2 times.

Is there any specific drills to exercise or is more of a feeling thing?
