Coach Profile - Troy Slavin

While Troy was a phenomenal player and coach in his own right, the best demonstration of his coaching ability is his son Nic, who Troy coached and trained for years.
Troy’s expertise helped Nic become Sunflower Player of the Year in Kansas and First-Team All-State, recording 4 of the top 5 scoring games in school history and ended his career with the highest career and season averages in Olathe South history
In addition to coaching at St John the Baptist in Minnesota, Troy helped coach a Mokan Elite team that featured current NBA Players Michael Porter Jr (Denver Nuggets) and Jerimiah Tillmon of the Lakeland Magic in the NBA's G League.
FUN FACT: Although he’s only 6 feet tall, Troy once shattered a backboard dunking, and he led his conference in dunks his senior year at Northeast High School.

AGE CATEGORY:

The camp is for boys and girls from 4th grade to 9th grade.

PLAYER LIMIT:

Each session is limited to 36 players to ensure a high number of repetitions and improvement

Observing Coaches

Coaches can attend for free by working the camp. Email us with your coaching/playing experience if you're interested in helping with the camp.
Otherwise there is a $97 fee to attend as an "observing coach". You will get to learn new drills and techniques from Troy Slavin, just like all the players and other coaches in attendance. Visit this link to reserve your spot as an observing coach.
This fee is not necessary for parents or individuals of paid campers.
